LVL: ☆☆☆☆all i can say is: YUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! ^_______^ i loved these. one of the cupcakes out of all the ones ive made, this is the one i actually love to eat :] :] i was really happy with the results. they were a great hit when i bought them to a cook-off dinner. i was really happy to see everyone enjoying them ^______^
these turned out so cute & miniture!! reminded me of mushrooms hahaha
texture was very soft, not too sweet. thats why i made the cream-cheese frosting to even it out. worked out perfect!
i substituted castor with brown, added less butter too, plus small in size = guilt-free ;]
oo and i gotta thank mrs green&coles for supplying me with the icing flowers .. hahahha i should really be starting to make them myself!! **NEXT GOAL**
