YEAST. i use to hate it. hate making yeast goods bec its so time consuming!!!! but .. ive changed my mind .. im becoming pretty obsessed with making yeast goods lately .. hahaha im sucha hypocryt! =P
sooooooooo ive been searching (and will still be) for the PERFECT recipe for those ultra soft & delicate asian breads. i purchased a bread-making book in malaysia, so i thought lets give it a go! the result was quite fascinating! im really happy with it! :] the bread is super softttttt!!!! well thanks to the bread-improver (which took me AGES.
